Will of Christopher Arenton (transcribed from original) In the name of God, Amen, I, Christopher Arenton being sick and weak of body, but of sound and perfect mind and memory, thanks to God for the same, but calling to mind the uncertainty of this life, I do make and order in this my last will and testement in manner form following: First, I comit my sole and spirit to God that gave it to me, and my body to the earth to be decently buried at the discreshon of my Executors hereafter named and as touching such worley estate as it hath pleased God to bless me with, I give and dispose of in manner and form following: Item: I give to my daughter Abegell Hubard one shilling sterling. Item: I give to my son William Arenton one shilling sterling. Item: It is my will and desier that all the remander part of my Estate of what kind soever be equelly devided into seven parts one part therof I give to my loving wife Warah Arenton (note this was his second wife) and the other six parts I giveve to my other six children equelly to be devided among them (note: It is assumed five of these children are by his second wife.
