[Ezekiel is Uncle of Ezekiel I ]
I Ezekiel Arenton of the State of NoCarolina & in the County of
Perquimans. Being Sick but Sound Knowing that it is appointed unto
All men once to Die - Having thought proper to make & ordain this to
be my last will & testlament in manner & form following
first my will & Desire is that all my Just Debts & funeral Expences
Be paid By my Executors Hereafter Named
2ndly I Give to my son Edward Arenton Fifty Acres of [land} Begining
at the Mill pond in the mouth of Deep Branch - Runing up the said
Branch to the old path way on the west side of my plantation hereon
I Now Live from thence such Courses as will Include fifty Acres With
the plantation whereon I now live - I Give to my son Edward Arenton
& his Heirs forever 3rdly I Give to my four sons Nathen. Mark.
Joseph & Josiah Arenton - my plantation on the road - & all the
Ballance of my land that Has not Been given away - to be eaqually
Divided Between them & their Heirs forever - when my son Edward
Arenton Comes to Twenty one years of Age
4thly All the remainder of my Estate. after paying my Debts - If
Any is to be Eaqually Divided Between my five sons Nathen. Mark.
Joseph. Josiah & Edward Arenton & their Heirs -- I likewise make &
appoint my friend Eri Barrow Executor to this my last will &
Testament - in witness Whereof I have Hereunto set my Hand & seal
this the 13th of February 1809
